We just got a brand new desk top that is supposed to be super quick but it isn't. I think the speed of your internet is the issue. They did transfer over all our files, however they ask you which files you want transferred so you have to make sure YOU are thorough in telling them all the files you want. We forgot to include some and now they are gone.
