You will likely have to leave the 2 iPads for a day or so, depending upon how busy they are. We had all files, documents, photos, videos transferred from one computer to another and it went smoothly. They can handle the same for iPads. Total Tech Support at $199/yr may be an even better route for you, but you can check prices online, or ask when you go for your appointment. It works smoothly.
