The Geek Squad transferred all data from my old iPad mini to my new Gen 5. They did an excellent job and kept me informed all along the way. I could not have been more pleased. Excellent, skilled—superb customer service. There was, indeed, a charge for the service. Worth every single cent!

I bought a new computer and let them transfer everything from my old computer without realizing that they would give my new computer along with my data to someone else who came in to pick up their laptop.
