Software would either need to be downloadable online, or able to be installed from a disc/flash drive/etc (and be compatible with the new operating system). Each software installation would carry a separate charge. Unfortunately, we can't grab those programs from your old computer because installed programs are too deeply rooted. The service we offer covers items such as saved data from programs, pictures, documents, contacts, music, and favorites, as well as helping to set up a data backup solution if the new computer has that included (most do).
