“My new imac died unexpectedly and I need to take it in to apple. They advised I find a way to back up my files. I can't as the imac won't turn on. Does Best Buy have any service to back my data on a dead imac to my external hard drive?”

I was advised to back up my files but couldn’t as that is what I took my computers in for geek squad to do. Everything was fine and the back up hard drive had everything that I wanted
