I have private/personal pics on an old laptop that I want transferred to a new laptop. I would transfer them to my own storage but I'm unable to b/c it's completely frozen up. Will the Geek employees be viewing sensitive pics if/when they do the transfer? null

They transferred all of my files eventhough my laptop was frozen. It should work for you.
