“What is the cost and can it be fixed? I have a Lenovo K410 desktop purchased at Best Buy May 2013. I have updated to windows 8.1 since purchasing desktop with OEM windows 8. Lately I have run into corrupt files that windows can't fix (SFC /SCANNOW & pc refresh option & Hard disk thorough scan with fix option). I don't have a recovery disk. What would be the charge to fix this issue without wiping out my data and approx how long would you keep the desktop?”
