“Hello, I have an old PC that won't turn on. What I want to do is get my content off the C drive and transfer it to my external hardrive. I don't need the PC anymore but I do want the content of the C drive. Is this something you guys can do? Thanks”

It certainly is something they can handle. They recovered all the data off my external hard drive (104 gig!) after it had crashed so tackling your chore would be np problem at all.
