YIKES - my external harddrive, with 10+ years of photos on it (and not in the cloud, shame on me!) crashed. I could not retrieve no matter what I did. I went to Best Buy Store, and the on site Geek Squad assured me that the data was there, but that I needed to escalate. With great trepidation, I sent off the Hard Drive. GREAT NEWS, THE BEST BUY SUPPORT TEAM is able to retrieve me data! Thanks.
