“My Google Pixel 3a has stopped working. it says Corrupted Data and wont connect to computer. I can not enable USB options either when connected. Is there a chance to retrieve my photos from my phone that has been corrupted??”

YIKES - my external harddrive, with 10+ years of photos on it (and not in the cloud, shame on me!) crashed. I could not retrieve no matter what I did. I went to Best Buy Store, and the on site Geek Squad assured me that the data was there, but that I needed to escalate. With great trepidation, I sent off the Hard Drive. GREAT NEWS, THE BEST BUY SUPPORT TEAM is able to retrieve me data! Thanks.
