Your charging it incorrectly Turn it around and plug back into USB port. It will fit both ways but only charges one direction

It's possible You have it inserted in the USB charger improperly. I made this mistake. Try changing the orientation when inserting in USB. The Gotcha evolve will show charging status when You press the button. I hope this helps and You catch em all.

Could possibly be plugging it in upside-down. It will fit either way into a USB port. Try both ways. If not then, could be messed up, or the charger you're using isn't very good. Could wiggle it a little and see of it'll start charging.
