Q: What’s the warranty and does the company provide supports?

A: I bought this at end of May and it is completely broken in July. Went back to Best Buy and was told to contact the manufacturer. Looked all around on the web and cannot find the support. Went back to Best Buy and they say 'sorry I cannot help'.

A: Yes it can. You can find keychain style holders online as well.

A: I don’t know the auto spin speed but spin and catch can be adjusted separately. It did not auto evolve anything for me. I think the evolve is in reference to being a updated version of a prior version.

A: NO

A: This is just an item to make things quicker and easier within the game. It is not a game within itself.

Great for any Pokemon Go fan
Great product for those who love to play Pokemon Go and drive safely. I use this when I am driving doing my errands, so I can spin Poke Stops and pick up Pokemon, it allows me to drive safely while not looking at my phone or trying to spin and drive at the same time (big no-no). The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the design is flawed. In order to charge it, you have to remove the wrist straps and the USB portion to charge it is plastic, making it very difficult to pull off without worry of breaking the charging port. Each time you pull the wrist straps off it weakens the plastic USB plug. I purchased additionally an keychain that keeps the Go-tcha Evolve part without the wrist band so all I have to do is pop it out and charge it with wear on the plug (ordered on Amazon)(see photo). My family saw it and loved it so much, I ended up ordering 2 more for them!

Better than the original
Love that it has watch time as well. The only reason for not giving 5 starts is the way it has to be charged. It is hard to pull the strap off and put back on after charging. I am afraid eventually if I don't accidentally break it that the strap will weaken and come loose while wearing it and I will lose it. But I love that you can make your setting choices on the app. It also shows battery life and you have two color choices on app background.
