Hello, Assuming you are pre-ordering, I believe you'll receive an email containing a digital code to redeem the item on PSN. You'll likely receive that email within a few days of your game's shipment. Allow a week or so, though. If nothing happens, head over to the Best Buy Support forums to ask for assistance. They have a process by which they can resolve this particular issue. It has worked for me in the past.

Typically you receive the code the day of release.

It'll be in your email. If you're using Gmail, search in your promotions folder. Mine got sorted there.
