“The true dims of a 65'' Frame TV are 57''-5/8W by 33''H. According to your Chart with this particular frame the dims would be 59''-1/8 wide by 34''-1/2 adding a total 1''-1/2 all the way around Shouldn't it be 3''seeing this frame itself is 1''-1/2?”

Not exactly. Even though the molding itself is 1.5 inches wide, it covers the black bezel around the actual TV which is 1/2” on all sides so it’s only extending beyond the TV itself by 1” on all sides.
