I was advised by the salesman at Best Buy that the 144 HZ screen refresh setting (and I believe some other refresh settings) only work with a Display-port cable (one comes with the monitor). The recommended (default) screen resolution is 2560 X 1440, but you should be able to change it to 1920 X 1200 or other resolutions in Windows 10: click on Windows Settings, then System, then Display, and change it from there - I have not tried to change mine, however.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can change the resolution to 1920x1080 however HDMI doesn't support 144hz refresh rat. You have to use display port or a newer dvi cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you can adjust the settings to 1920x1080, although i wouldn't recommend doing so because the screen looks and performs much better at the normal size. Also, you cannot achieve 144hz with HDMI, get a display port. If your computer doesn't have a connection for DP, just get an adapter that you can use to connect it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the monitor can be used at 1920x1080. You would need a Display Port or DVI cable to get 144hz
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This monitor can do 1080p just fine. But 144hz only works over a display port cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
