A:AnswerProbably not. I could not use it with my HP laptop that came with an internal DVD player. Every 2 years Cyberlink (the software) makes you update for a price greater than an external DVD player.

My (old) Samsung Unit, Sam. Ph. & Acer 'see it' - but that's it. Operator Error?? H/W? But if both? Don't know. Just know it's a GOOD brand.
