- Answer I have this plugged into my 2007 white MacBook running solely Linux Mint and have no issues with it. Linux just throws an external burner/reader driver at it.

QuestionI bought this device, but the USB plug is not the typical plug. It doesn't fit into any of my USB devices including my Dell computers??? Has anyone else had this problem? It's labeled eSATA on the plug. Be advise. Ty!!!

- Answer Sounds like you have old devices that have advanced since you bought them. USBs have changed and are faster. If you google this problem I'm sure it will pull up connectors that will fit. I'd look in the Specs and see if your device was compatible with this device as that's why you would look at the specifications. It will list which devices are compatible and will fit.
