You can download anything you want, BUT, it might not run well because the computer is so slow and so little storage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You might be able to but I expect the performance would be so bad that you'd find them difficult to use. I have only loaded two additional programs on mine (Google Chrome and TrendMicro AntiVirus) and they made a serious dent in available storage. A fixed 32GB SSD isn't much use for people that need to load software, particularly software that doesn't come from Microsoft.
