The answer is no. If you want productivity you need a faster hard drive, more ram memory and a larger hard (T or more) to hold all the libraries and your projects and a much larger screen to see the detail. Look on the side of software box it will have the minimum system needs. If you skimp on the computer you will be wasting your money on the software.
