• I have yet to be impressed with the sound on any laptop. Perhaps that's me. This is a highly subjective area, so I wouldn't get my hopes up, Visit the store and see for yourself. I find that headphones or external speakers always provide the best experience.

• To me the sound quality is very good. I use the laptop without external speakers. I don't know about it using AI.
