Dell supports up to 32GB. Mine came with two "Kingston" (SKHynix) 8GB modules, so you will definitely want to swap them out with some quality Crucial RAM. There are some resellers through Walmart selling these things with 64GB RAM but I don't know if the UEFI will allow that much without modifying the firmware - which I wouldn't recommend.

Please try again later.Even Crucial states that it is only expandable to 32GB, which is probably good enough for 99% of home users, as long as you aren’t looking for a laptop with graphics demands. I may need to upgrade from 16 to 32 GB just for the Chromium (Chrome and Edge) resource usage, with my wife’s extensions opening multiple tabs for her home business.
