If you are referring to an active stylus, such as Apple Pencil or Samsung S-Pen, no; this is a basic multitouch touchscreen which I believe is capacitive. So an ordinary stylus will work fine, or if you want a precision stylus a disc-type might work better. These are generally okay for precision, but I'd be very careful about using them on this plastic-film screen.
