• Yes, you could turn off the S mode in this Windows 10 operating system. Once turned off, it could not be reverted.

• You can convert any computer from S Mode to Windows 10 home using this method provided by Microsoft. I am not allowed to provide a link. Once you convert over to Windows 10 home you can't go back but not sure why anyone would want to.
