You'll be running AAA games at medium to high settings at 60fps. Stuff like Forza Horizon 3, Fallout 4, and Witcher 3.

It ran a bit hot, but other than that it was fine, nowhere near running the risk of damaging the hardware. I think you're fine with Fallout 4.
