- Answer Negative. There is no disc drive with this laptop. You can buy one that connects through USB for around 30 bucks though. I have an LG one and it works great.

- Answer I think it uses 10. How do I check? Sadly, 3 days ago my new Inspiron developed a problem and the message says No hard drive installed~ Taking it in when I get an appt. Very disappointed. Can't get it to restart!

- Answer I did not see any difference between the two processors. The only thing I can see about the PUS one is that you can order it upgraded tp I5 and also hard drive. Now they have gone up in price, the PUS is 100 dollars more? I cannot believe I allowed the Best Buy person to tell me the difference between the two was PUS came in safe mode. I went with the other one because my son is not an avid game player so hopeful it will work. Thanks for your help BB....yeah right!
