- Answer This laptop comes with WINDOWS 10 Home already installed. If you want to get Windows 10S you need a different license. If your laptop comes with 10S/ S mode version you can switch to windows Home at no charge. Just go to Settings>Update & Security>Activation. Select Windows 10 Home.

- Answer Hello! This laptop has two internal speakers, as well as an audio jack for a headset or external speakers. This laptop does not have an external CD/DVD drive.
