A:AnswerDo not know the webcam resolution.
This laptop had Windows 10 S mode which prevented me from downloading Chrome or any other product not in the Microsoft store. It would not even allow me to download my official paid licensed Microsoft Office 10.
You can disable the S mode, but it is not intuitive at all. The Best Buy on-line support dialogue box blocked the screen in exactly the area I needed to access. Useless.
Could not get through to Best Buy store support at all-just did not answer phones!
I ended up going to Staples and the tech there disabled the S mode in about 2 minutes at no charge. In fairness, 4 days earlier I had used him to back up my data from my old failing PC. Please note: once you disable the S mode you can never reactivate it. The purpose of the S mode is to limit access to only Microsoft approved sites. I do not need Big Brother shackling my access!!!
A:AnswerBrent, I found the in-store price was actually $50 less than what is advertised on the website. I recommend you go into a Best Buy and check it out. They may have to order it for you as inventory is tight due to Covid19. Many workers and students are snatching these low price point units up. I wouldn't hesitate. I don't think you will get burned if you get it for under $450. Best of luck.
A:AnswerYes, it runs Windows 10. It is set to S Mode by default, which can be turned off.

A:AnswerYes, the requirements for Sims 4 are: Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10. CPU: 1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Athlon 64 Dual-Core 4000+ or equivalent (For computers using built-in graphics chipsets, the game requires 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.0 GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-62 or equivalent) RAM: At least 4 GB RAM. This unit exceeds all of those.
