Is the ram upgradable? null

Yes ram can be upgraded to 8gb as the Hard drive is upgrade able, but in this model with the 500gb HD not the 32gb SSD model I upgraded the Hard drive to a 240 ssd and kept the ram at 4gb more than enough to surf and use MS office Type in "dell 3168 manual" in google and you can get a free manual that tells you how to upgrade from Dell
