• No you don't need a mouse for this computer, you can use the mouse pad on the laptop, but if you are going to love playing games such as overwatch or Leagues, I would highly recommend getting a mouse as hp ones are around 10 to 15 dollars

• No, you don't need a mouse. It has the touch pad already. You can always purchase one if that's what you prefer.

• Not at all. The Surface Pen can function as a much more precise mouse. Now if you intend to use your machine from further distances away then it would be to your advantage to buy a mouse also.
