I purchased this computer and I can say that it does have a usb C port and is Windows hello compatable and is true to all the specifications Best Buy advertises.

This unit is the same as Dell's website except for memory. Currently they are showcasing a 16GB unit while this one is 12. This laptop has USB-c and is Hello compatible.

This one from Best Buy does have Hello and a type C connector. I suspect they are the same with just different verbiage in the descriptions.
