- Answer I remember posing this question when i purchased this over a month and a half ago and they told me that they did not make this in a non-touch version nor did they know if Dell was going to offer such a model

- Answer No, not internally, I think you could get an external graphics card though (expensive). Your best bet is either a desktop PC or a gaming laptop.

- Answer This laptop is not on the compatibility list for the Bamboo Ink stylus. But is does work when you switch it to the Microsoft MPP protocol. Works rather well too. There's also the Dell active pens which are only available on their website.

- Answer A tech support member at best buy told me you could always buy an external cd or dvd drive that you can hook up to the computer if you want to watch dvds thats an alternative option to buying a system with the drive already included maybe ask in store about that option.

- Answer No, the graphics card can not be changed. In fact, the 7586 i5-8265 comes with integrated graphics. You might be able to use an external card enclosure with the USB-C connection if you want to play games at home. However, that can cost $500 or more. Also, check for compatibility before going this route.

- Answer You do not get the pen with it but can purchase it separately. To install Webroot all you have to do is go to their website and start download, it will ask for the purchased key code during the install which can be found on your receipt.
