Unless specifically stated otherwise, all Windows computers come with the Windows Operating System. That is where they get their name. As for Office (providing more information): In case you are unaware, non-MS Office Suites are available on the web, for free. Some people even prefer these, as they can have better integration between the different programs in the Suite. You can also use MS Office for free, one program at a time, through the Edge browser.
