You can save the data from the old computer to a flash drive/external hard drive. Then, connect the flash drive/external hard drive to the new computer and transfer the data to that. However, depending on what data you wish to transfer, there are a number of tools that can make this easier. One is EaseUS's PCTrans (free) and another is Laplink PCmover. The first is a software program and the second is a combination software/hardware tool (not free). There are also ways to connect two computers to each other that can do it. You would have to research these (and others) to find the method you prefer.
