“I asked a question when & how the camera pops up & the answer I received was "The camera pops up as soon as the camera application is started." Ok when I started a zoom meeting it didn't pop up I had to push on it. Is zoom a type of camera application?”

Zoom is a video conference platform, and is devise independent. As far as I know you have to push down on the camera to pop it up.
