“Can this computer be used to support Adobe programs like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PDF, and to support website design? Does it have the capacity to store lots of photos, and to be able to work with photos and graphics in these programs?”

This desktop has a nice amount of storage but something with a better graphics card would be a better choice.
