Does the dvd drawer on this model not open fully when you push in the button? I press the button and the drawer only opens about half way, then I have to manually pull out the rest of the drawer to insert a dvd. Is this normal? null

Same issue here. DVD worked fine. Didn’t see this as an inconvenience.
