Are you sure this computer’s 300w power supply can handle those cards? When I look at the Q&A’s on those cards, people are suggesting higher level power supplies are needed.

I purchased the recommended (PNY) "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER" graphics card for the Dell i3910, but the card's installation instructions say an auxiliary 6 or 8 pin power supply "may" be needed. Do you know if this applies, or does the PCI slot supply the power? I'll cross-post this question on the graphic card's Q&A. Thanks.
