• Yes, you can add a 2nd RX580. Information: I have not been able to get my own RX580 in exact setup/machine to recognize X16. It will only allow for X8. I tried a known functioning card from another machine in this Dell and it duplicated the problem exactly. Not certain if my machine only (I just received two-days ago) or with others. I am going to start searching for information tomorrow.

• Sure u can but keep in mind you might need to upgrade the psu to at least maybe 650w becuase the 460w is to small for two rx580s. there are two pci-e slots on the mobo.
