• As is clearly stated on the Best Buy site, it is. Just make sure you buy the right product. BB also sells the 1700.

• I believe this was a custom build only at best buy. I ran into the same problem.

• The 1800x is a Best Buy only build through Dell. Not available on the main Dell website.
