• You can swap the GPU to NVidia. Dell website has the same base model with NVidia GTX 1060. For higher end GPU, the power supply might be the limiting factor and might need to be upgraded.

• Gpus are not motherboard exclusive so yes you can switch the gpu to a Nvidia. On the other have the motherboard is exclusive to amd cpus. So you could not put an Intel cpu in this motherboard.
