Recommended power supply for a 1070 is typically 500 watts. Since this computer comes with a 460 watt ps, you might be borderline.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can add a Nvidia card, Dell actually puts them in this same computer on their website. you can add ram up to 32gb and it has a 460 watt psu. this actually is a really good computer, i've had mine for two months and no issues yet.
