The short answer is yes, so long as you select one that is relatively low in power requirements. The power supply that came with mine is only 290 watt and does not have a power connector for a dedicated video card. Make sure you check the power requirements on any video card before buying. It's also possible to replace the power supply with a more robust one but you may need to get into case modification to make it fit.
