• No, this is a desktop and would not have built-in webcam. You will have to purchase a webcam and you can contact Best Buy customer care team and they will help you with this.

• This is a desktop hard drive. The camera would come on the monitor you purchase. If you happen to buy a monitor that does not have a web cam you can always purchase a seperare webcam for about $30
