“What is the correct model number? I went to my local Best Buy to buy this Computer. I had printed out the webpage with this model to bring to the store so they could find it. When they brought me the Computer the model number was different. Online it says its "I3847-3538BK" and in the one in the store said "13847-6934BK". I told the worker the number was different but he said that it was the same computer. This seems odd to me. Model numbers shouldn't change. When I got home I put their model number in Best Buys website and it couldn't find it. Anyone else have this issue? I just want to make sure it's the right computer.”

Please try again later.when I went to best buy I just told them I wanted the 12 gbram 2 tb 3.20 ghz dell computer and they just gave it to me and I bought it. its been two months and the computer has been working pretty good. I would trust on them. I think went I took it home I also compared the model number and they were different but I still decided to keep it. I know it may seem strange, but I think sometimes when a company makes too many products the numbers change?
