Xbox only runs at 60fps certain game titles most titles run at 30fps build or get a gaming pc and problem will be solved.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This monitor does not enhance frames per second - in fact, no monitor does. Your Xbox One X is most likely capped at 60 FPS or a little over. The FPS is the unique frames the console is pushing to the display. These monitors only increase screen refresh rate, and are primarily meant for PCs, not consoles. Hz is how many times a display refreshes (stops displaying the current frame and "refreshes" to show a new one) every second. So a 144hz display is showing one unique frame, then one duplicate frame, 144 times in total (60 unique frames and 84 duplicate ones).
