• Yes the 2060 will have no problem running 1440p

• Yes. The 2060 is the card that is meant for 1080P gaming. But a QHD monitor with 144 Hz display would be the one I would target with the set up that you have. It will take it advantage of older games at a higher resolution at a higher than 60fps frame rate while still playing newer games with Ray tracing enabled and a high frame rate at 1080p.
