• Yes you can. Just make sure you attach the hdmi cable to the hdmi 2.0 input on the monitor

• I’m pretty sure Xbox one x doesn’t go higher than 60fps like most consoles. So you wouldn’t benefit from this monitor based off of the refresh rate.
