• Yes, it has a usb hub built in and I have both a mouse and keyboard plugged into mine. You just need to have a usb cable from your computer to the hub on the monitor. This is a very nice monitor.

• Yes, you can connect a wired mouse and keyboard but, you will need to connect the USB 3.0 upstream cable to the system, after which the USB ports will get enabled on your monitor.
