Yes, I have three monitors on one computer and that is how I have it set up.

Please try again later.If your graphics card supports three monitors you do not need a usb ... there are some video cards or certain computers that do have USB-C or display port hdmi vga etc. you can run video via USB just not sure how well it will perform since you have two already running
