“I have a Dell 11inch lap top that I would like to connect 2 monitors, which 2 do you recommend? Will the lap top monitor act as a 3rd monitor? Do I need special additional cables?”

It depends on the laptop and not on the Monitor. If your laptop has two display output . 2 HDMIs or 2 thunderbolts or one each , it should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It depends on your laptop video capabilities, but I have a smaller, newer Dell and it will work and you can have 3 screens on at once. I had to buy an adapter for the mini display port to attach to one of the supplied HDMI cables. My Dell has only 1 HDMI output, so I needed to connect to the Mini Display Port output as well. Other than that, there’s nothing else needed. I recommend these 27” monitors. Great bang for the buck!
