It does not have the mounting device holes on the back.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm late to the party, but you absolutely CAN mount this monitor, but you just have to pick up a mount adapter. I got one on amazon. You remove the stand (it slides out) and slide the adapter in its place. It locks into place, and you can use that adapter to connect it to a mount. I have mine mounted right now (vertically, no less).

However, the monitor is very good, reasonably priced, and if you have room on your work area to use it as the manufacturer intended to be used, then go for it!
